Mike Ross | President & CEO

Mike Ross is considered a national authority on project management, small business development, and the inclusion of diverse entrepreneurs. Ross received his B.A. from Morehouse College, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. Additionally, he holds a Project Management Certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ursula Bradley | Program Management

Ursula Bradley brings over 25 years of experience in the areas of project management, quality audits and leadership spanning the transit, aviation, information technology and telecommunications industries. Ursula has amassed a catalog of over $500 million worth of projects throughout her career.

Rick Barfield | Program Management

Rick Barfield has over 30 years experience in construction as a project manager, electrical engineer, and inspector. Rick is especially experienced with retail and concessions, having managed over 200 projects that support over $1 billion in annual revenue.

Kenneth Saulsberry | Diversity & Inclusion

Ken has over 20 years as a Construction Manager and as a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist having worked for Atlantic Station, Marriott Gateway Hotel, the New World of Coke, and the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport development project.

Tom Walton | Diversity & Inclusion

Tom has over 25 years experience all areas of construction operations, from planning, marketing, finance and human resource
management, to construction management, finance and accounting, job costing and operations scheduling.  
He also has a strong concentration in minority and female business development. 

John Blount | Program Management

John brings over 20 years experience as a project manager, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects throughout the country. His expertise focuses in on mechanical, electrical, plumbing projects, and IT integration, and he has spent the last year supporting the implementation of the Fulton County Urban Redevelopment Capital Improvement Plan.
